Nanowire tool details

Dear sir, 1. in nanowire tool if we choose materail Ge, or GaAs or InAs then what will be insulator by default bcause there no option for selecting dielectric.

2. can we say that by changing only material we are simulating different nanowire FETs such as SNWT, GeNWT or GaAsNWT or InAsFET? 3. if yes what are the changes in background happens if change only material option?
