change of substrate possible?
hai , i wanted to know if it is possible to change the substrate in the tool, so that i can analize GFET for different substrates.

Changing the substrate is currently not an option in the tool.

However, you can “approximate” changing the substrate by changing the back-oxide thickness and the substrate thermal conductivity.
