In the result of Id-Vg curve i have these two colored graphs red and blue. can you please help me to know what these two colored graphs represent?

You can two this 2 ways.
1. When you move the mouse pointer over one of the curves, it will highlight that curve and display the actual points of the curve as little squares. When you move the mouse pointer over one of the points a tooltip message will pop up, telling you the name of the curve and the x,y values of the point.
2. Click on the wrench tab on the right hand side of the graph. This will side out the graph's legend.
