hey i dont know the answer for ur que.. but i would like to ask u if u know if its possible to study effect of nbti and hci on different transistor architectures and also the effect of nbti and hci on cmos transistors with high-k oxide materials. i would appreciate ur help since i hv jst started working in cadence virtuoso and i m using eldo simulator.. plz help
