Simulation time for germanium-based nanowire using band structure lab

Dear all

This is Marolop again. I’m simulating germanium-based nanowire with diameter of 10 nm using band structure lab. I’ve been running the simulation since yesterday and elapsed time has been more than 20 hours. How long will it take until the simulation results come out? I wonder because it’s said on the first time user guide that for heavy simulation, the estimated simulation time should be less than 4 hours and I think I’m running a medium simulation. Thank you very much.

Yours sincerely,

Marolop

Hello Thanks for your querry. We are still working on this and will take more time to figure this out. This problem is mostly coming from the failure of job submission and we will try to fix it as soon as possible. Once again thanks for bringing this into notice.
