Hello Thanks for this point. We are already working on this and the code has been implemented. We are presently testing it to make sure that it works properly for all the cases.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Sometimes a long running simulation does not terminate immediately when the Abort button is clicked, especially if the simulation is running on a remote computer site. We will check to see if your job actually terminated, and, if not, this will be escalated to a support ticket for the underlying Rappture software. Thanks again for letting us know.

This has been done now and the users can abort the simulations now. The simulation stops after showing an abort message. We have tested it on local and remote servers and hopefully it works fine. In case of some trouble please let us know.
