Can Padre be used for non-conventional materials?

I know that padre is able is able to solve for conventional materials such as Si, GaAs etc. But I am dealing with an artificially made semiconductor that I need to model. Is there any way to manually enter the parameters (band gap, effective mass, mobility, doping level etc) and run the simulation?
