Carbon nanotube structure model?

Dear fellow members, is there a carbon nanotube model here of a few nanometers I could get in either XYZ or preferably PDB file, minimized?

    Hi,

    You might have a look at the CNTbands tool https://nanohub.org/tools/cntbands-ext/invoke.28 I was able to download the PDB file for a (7,7) nanotube. So PDB files of other tubes (to meet your requirement) can easily be be downloaded. I am not sure if the structure is optimized though.
