Which tool can I used to do harmonic analysis of a ZnO nanowire?
I am trying to study the applied voltage-displacement relationship for a ZnO nanowire. In the end I want to find the resonant frequency. I am using Coventor to do this simulation but I am not sure if these simulations are accurate enough as they use continuum modelling. Is there any tool which does discrete modelling on which I can run these simulations and compare them with Continuum modelling results?
