nanomos key command

I downloaded nanamos program in my PC. I am not familiar with MATLAB. kindly would you please explain me the different steps to run this program from my PC.

    I am not sure what the current downloadable version of NanoMOS is. However, my guess is the 2.5 version where you will have a text file that contains the input parameters and their values. To simulate the device specified in that input file, start MATLAB and navigate to the folder nanomos-2.5/src/matlab, then type “nanomos” at the matlab prompt. It will ask you for the input file name (“test.in” is included in the src/matlab folder) and the output folder name (whatever you want, like “test_out”). That should get you started.
