Units in output of matdcal

Dear authors of matdcal, I have questions about the units of the output variables. What are the units for transmission ? In the default example with 8 silicon atoms very high values with a maximum above 700 are outputted. I know a conventional transmission coefficient of less or equal 1, but transmission of matdcal seems to be defined differently. What is the definition of transmission in this program ? What are the units for density of states ? What is taken as zero energy in the calculations ? Why the same DOS(E) is seen in left and right contact if there is a positive bias of 1 V is applied to the right contact? Should the eneregy levels not be shifted by the applied voltage?
