Where is fermi level located in bandgap of Carbon Nanotube ?

It is well known that a Schottky barrier is formed at Metal-Nanotube junction. To draw band diagram of Metal-CNT system, Band diagram of Carbon Nanotube in vaccume should be known. When both system are put in contact Fermi level in both side should align. Hence, position of fermi level with respect to vaccume and conduction band in CNT in free space is required.
