How can I simulate high-k oxides?

How can I simulate high-k oxides like HfO2 (dielectric constant above 10)?

    You can set the dielectric constant of oxide material in the menu of 3.Material->General->Dielectric constant in insulator.

      But I get an error saying I can’t enter a value greater than 10. The dielectric for HfO2 is 25.
