I wanted to check the hysteresis in current that occurs in the NDR region of the I-V curve, when you sweep the bias forward and then back again, due to redistribution of charges. However, I think I can only do a linear sweep in one direction. I ran two different simulations, one from 0 to 1 V and the other from 1 to 0 V, although that’s not the same thing as sweeping the bias back and forth. And truly enough, I didn’t see the hysteresis there.

Is there a capability like that in the tool, or can we expect it sometime in the future?
