Semiconductor Device Simulator

Can I use Silvaco instead of Medici or Sentaurus for OPV structure? I have already tried to download Sentaurus device simulator but it is not available for Bangladesh.

    I know this question is veeery old, but I felt like answering. Silvaco has examples for PV cells, one of them simulate an OPV.
