scattering current is larger than ballistic current

Dear Sellier, 1. I am new to Archimedes simulations. I tried to run the example code diode.input as such without any modifications. The result I obtained is embarassing. set1

It may be my mistake, can you figure out what happened? 2. How will we include impurity scattering: IMPURITYSCATTERING ON? 3. Is it possible to simulate 10nm devices with this version? Sorry for the late reply.

In order to answer to your question, I need more details. What is the final time you are using in your simulations? I am asking to understand if you reach the stationary regime. If this is not the case, then your computed currents are obviously wrong.
