    Hello, There are various methods with which you can determine on/off current. Most often used method is using off-current of 0.1 uA/um. You can calculate the gate voltage Voff that gives this off-currrent (at high Vds). Then calculate on-current at Voff+Vdd where Vdd is the supply voltage.
