biosensor simulation
Can I use this tool to simulate graphene sensor to bacteria like E.coli? That means when different concentration’s bacteria is bond to the graphene sensor surface, the simulator detect the adsorption spectra. Can this tool realize this?

Hi Jieyi.
The tool is intended to simulate the spectrum of molecular systems. Yours seems somewhat challenging. If you’re seeking to model the entire bacteria, I’m sorry, I am afraid that won’t be possible.
