hello sir , i am a student of MA NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY INDIA. i want to simulate the circit by the use of double gate transistor ,is there any tool available here for this? is it free of cost?

    Hi, you can use the tool named FETtoy to simulate double gate MOSFETs..

    U can as well try using the device level simulator called MOSFET available under nanoelectronics….. u can even download microwind 3.1 simulator on to your computer to simulate structures and layouts… all the tools mentioned are free of cost!
