related to simulation tool..
hello sir , i am a student of MA NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY INDIA. i want to simulate the circit by the use of double gate transistor ,is there any tool available here for this? is it free of cost?

U can as well try using the device level simulator called MOSFET available under nanoelectronics….. u can even download microwind 3.1 simulator on to your computer to simulate structures and layouts… all the tools mentioned are free of cost!

hello sir, can i design adouble gate transistor in any softwre and use it to make a cicuit like decoder?for this, which steps should i have to folllow?

Hi, you can use the tool named FETtoy to simulate double gate MOSFETs..
