Why is the volume charge density much lower than expected?

Regarding 1dhetero version 3.01
The charge density units in the underlying NEMO tool which powers 1dhetero have changed from /m3 to /cm3. The correct value can be obtained by simply scaling the reported value by 1e6. This will be fixed in a future 1dhetero release.
