Schred for non uniform doping?
Is there support for non uniform doping profile for Schred? I’m interested in using inverse modeling of CV to extract the doping profile. I have a situation of a very shallow N+ region atop of a P+ or P region underneath.
Any ideas?

The first version of SCHRED that I can make it available has the option to read any input file with input doping profile and then calculate the subband structure given that doping profile. The version that is available on the nanoHUB does not support that option.

nanoHUB just introduced a new component that handles tool imporvement requests. I just transferred this tool improvement request to the new Wishlist.
