Structure Animations
After running the default normal mode example, I can see the IR spectrum and step by step videos of each of the vibrational modes.
However, when I download a pdb file of different steps, the saved file is the same- I get multiple copies of the same configuration, not frames from which to build an animation.
How do I access the different structures for each step of a vibration, for viewing locally in an application such as Ovito?
