What tool can be used to simulate compound semiconductor HBT?

To my knowledge, you don’t have any tool to simulate HBT. But BJT Lab and 1D Heterostructure Lab might help you a little bit.

Hi I would look into adding capability into BJT tool to serve HBT devices also. Thanks for showing interest in the tool.
