what does self consistent calculation mean? when is oxide thickness included for Si NW calculation? Thanks for your excellent tool

    Hi Oxide thickness is included during the self-consistent calculation. By self-consistent calculation we mean Poisson-schrodinger solution for the wire. In that case we take a gate all around structure which means oxide is wrapping the total semi-conductor body. Then some gate bias is applied.
