In the 100 direction, default effective masses are: 0.19 0.19 0.98
0.19 0.98 0.19
0.98 0.19 0.19
In the 110 direction, default effective masses are: 0.19 0.19 0.98
0.32 0.19 0.59
0.32 0.59 0.19
The vally degeneracy is 2 for both the cases. You can manually change the effective masses in the Material tab.
