Bravais lattice viewer shows very small atoms and very long bonds.
The tool could benefit in its visibility if the bonds were made smaller just like the fix that has happened with the graphene lattice, that is now showing properly.

The atoms are now bigger in size and bonds a bit thinner which makes the visualization of Bravais lattices better.

The default settings have changed so that atoms are bigger now. Also you can set the sizes from the setting tool box in rappture at the output. The atomscale can be changed from there. I hope this answers your querry. Thanks for making this tool better.
