Hi,

I am a Master of Sc. student in Electrical Engineering. I am doing research on high density flash memory. I have access to fabs and layout tools free for university purpose. I used a generic CMOS process with poly2 layer to make a floating gate device, since I don’t have access to custom Flash memory or floating gate device process or rather my university don’t have it. I got my chip with other circuits few days back, I am trying to characterize the devices but its giving weird results. Please any one with expertise in the area suggest.
