    The tool page of Medici states very clearly: “Because of the way this software is licensed, it is available only to users on the West Lafayette campus of Purdue University. Note that you must use a network connection on campus, or else you will get an “access denied” message.” see for details https://nanohub.org/tools/medici/

    You do not seem to be registered as a Purdue affiliated person and appear not to enter from a Purdue IP address. Therefore you are not authorized to use this tool.
