How to simulate uniaxial strain in different crystal orientations?

I want to simulate uniaxial strain effect in different crystal orientation such as 100, 110. How can I set the parameters? It seems there is only one option(Z-direction) for uniaxial strain simulation. So how can I differentiate crystal orientations in Z direction?

Thanks for attention!
