NanoMOS 3.5 (online Verison)
When I used NanoMOS 3.5 on nanoHub, I got the same answers when I set Ambient Temperature at 200 & 300 K (the other parameters are as default).
Similar situation happened when setting Caughey and Thomas model, (Low field mobility, Caughey-Thomas Parameter, SaturationVelocity) I got the same answer when setting different values for these parameters.
Could anybody answer my question? Thank you.

BTW,in the donload verson (nanomos-r158), can’t we change mu_low (low field mobility) or other Caughey and Thomas mobility model’s parameters in nmos_in.m? Thanks for your reply .

All the mobility parameters will be subject to change in the newest release. Please check the program again and see the changes. _

We donloaded the newest verison (nanomos-r178)today.However, we only changed mobility model(using Caughy-Thomas dopping dependent model or dopping & field dependent model) ,the other parameters were as defult, then running the program, the program met an error and stopped. Did we miss something or some input parameters?
