Does this tool also consider the quantum capacitance while calculating the surface potential.

Does this tool also consider the quantum capacitance while calculating the surface potential. The mention of how to use quantum capacitance for calculating the surface potential is done by Dr. Wong in the paper where he discusses the analytical model in detail.

Also how does this model equations differ from the one mentioned in the above paper.

    Yes, it does include quantum capacitance, quantum capacitance is basically dQ_CNT/d_psi where Q_cnt is the net charge inside the CNT and psi is the surface potential, so whenever Q versus psi is calculated, quantum capacitance is included.
