multiple tube CNFET
Sir I am wishing to design multiple tube CNFET, but I cann’t choose the tool suitable for it. Please inform me which should be preferred

Hi, f you mean concentric tubes, we don’t have any suitable simulation tools. If you mean tubes connected by a heterojunction, please look at http://nanohub.org/resources/heterojunction.
