Dear Sirs, Do you pretend to make a version of Quantum Dot Lab that enabe us to consider the barrier constitution? (no freestanding) As for example, self assembled InAs quantum dots immersed on GaAs? Thank you very much

Hi, Thanks for using Quantum Dot Lab. The tool currently does not allow you to specify the surrounding material. You can request this feature at the tool wishlist:
https://nanohub.org/resources/450/wishlist Everyone using nanoHUB can see this wishlist and vote on the feature. If the developers see strong desire from the community, they can add this feature to the tool.
