What kind of scattering is included in MOCA,and what is the scattering parameter? How to conclude that the MOCA is convergent? Thank you! Best wishes!

Phonon (acoustic/optic), impact ionization, surface roughness scattering and impurity scattering. Carrier-carrier scattering in this version is included implicitly if one employs a very fine mesh spacing for the Poisson solution.
