inconsistent exponent

With the choose of H2 as diffusion mechanism, the simulation give the exponent around 1/4=0.25 but not 1/6=0.16 as expected from the theory.

    Thanks for your question.

You are right … The option for H2 diffusion was turned off for initial installation. We will turn this feature on shortly.

We are also working on a toolset that would be able to simulate NBTI, HCI, TDDB, and Radiation induced damage. Please stay tuned.

Dear Ming-Yi Lee, The code has been updated and H2 diffusion mechanism is turned ON. The updated code will go through the clearance process from nanoHUB.org team and should be available for simulation shortly. Thanks for your interest with our NBTI simulator.
