difference in properties of cnfet & a mosfet????
we are working on a project in device modellinng related to the comparisoon of a cnfet and a mosfet 1)we have used thestanford university model for cnfet and run it by means of hspice 2)now we wanna simulate a mosfet of same channal length using hspice
Q) 1)Which model of hspice will be used for the simulation of a channel length of 32 nm?? 2)is there any book which gives details of difference in cnfet & mosfet
