How long did users took to run a simulation for CNTFET? It took me like1 hr to run a simulation. Is this normal?

You are not mention which tool you are using ,basically simulation depends on tool and materials which you are taking for source,drain ,gate as well as dimensions.so mention all these factors.

sorry, i had not seen the tool which you are mentioned so here in your case the simulation time depends on dimensions and basically for FEM & NEGF calculation it takes more time.
