how can i use an alloy formed of 4 different materials?? {GaInAsP} with compositions Ga=0.23, In=0.77, As=0.5, P=0.5 ??!!

The alloy Line allows to define up to four predefined material ….. the problem is, i can’t know if those semiconductors are predefined or not ? :((
