How to do simulation on OMEN nanowire tool?
I have changed some input values and tried to simulate the structure but, it was taking around 3 hours to get simulated. Is there easy way to simulate nanowire structure using OMEN Nanowire tool?

Hi, hanks for using OMEN nanowire. What inputs, specifically, did you change? Some simulations can certainly require hours, depending on the inputs.

OMEN nanowire takes time. It doesn’t give you the result instantly. When you click simulate then it will basically give you how much time it will take approximately excluding the queue time. It will submit jobs to the queue in Steele cluster and will wait the job to be actually run and get back to nanoHUB with outputs. If you want to see approximate time for different cross-section and gate length. You can refer to this document : http://nanohub.org/resources/8718/download/SungGeunKim_OMENNanowire_time_table.pdf
