I downloaded one of the matlab codes simulates CNTFETs using NEGF. but I want to simulate a GNR FET using NEGF. How can I change this open source program to obtain interested results? in other words, which parameters must i change to do this? in this program, poisson grids contain “number of cells in half of the channel” that is equal to “round(d_cnt/2/b)*col_nu+1”. in my problem (d_GNR=0), How can i consider poisson grid in z direction? best regards Reza
