Does nanoHUB’s online tools system support python modules outside Rappture? (Particulary SciPy/NumPy)
I’m in the process of developing a tool in Python and I’m thinking of moving the project on to nanoHUB with Rappture, but my current code makes extensive use of SciPy and NumPy. Does anyone know whether it’s possible to use these modules in a tool for nanoHUB’s online service?

Yes, both SciPy (0.6.0), and NumPy (1.1.0) are available on nanoHUB.
