As preparation to using PETE to simulate some new FET designs I wanted to replicate some of the figures in the Augustine paper [Int’l Symp. Elect. Des, p. 80 (2009)]. I’ve been unable to get simulations like those in Fig. 2 and am wondering what parameter(s) I’m not setting properly. Is it possible for you to send me the PETE parameter sets that give the two transfer curves in that figure?
