Is it possible to change the temperature
Can you please let me know if degenerate statistics is included in the calculation. Is the mobility dependence on the impurity scattering taken into account Is there a way to change the temperature.
If possible, can you attach a document showing how the resistivity is calculated.

This tool is for students taking the basic solid state courses, so focused on the electrons and holes behaviors around the room temperature. Empirically solved equations at 300K are mainly used. (you will see the references on the first page that explains about the tool.) After the majority and minority mobilities are calculated, the resistivity is obtained by rho = 1/(q*carrier density*mobility). See reference 6.
