How to generate bandstructure for equilateral triangle?

I am trying to generate the bandstructure for triangular nanowire, in particular triangle with all equal sides. For example, triangle with 3nm at each sides will give base, B=3nm and height, H=2.598nm. However, the bandstructure generated looks unusual. Please advise

    Which type of wire you tried to work for. Is it s 100 oreinted wire ? I ran the simulation for a 3nm base and 2.6 nm height triangular 100 wire and the simulation seems to work fine. Could you provide in more details as what is not coming correct in the simulated EK dispersion.
