Hi. I know there are some CG models for peptides/proteins and nucleic acids (DNA, RNA) but, I’m not sure whether MD parameters are available for other monomeric units intended for studying polymeric systems. I would do a bibliographic search on the topic to see what’s out there. Baudilio
