code posts error message for negative threshold voltages

If I choose a carbon nanotube and a negative threshold voltage the code stops with an error message “mrdivide” or something like this.

    I find many users finding the same problem.. Since , i guess its a s/w bug i suggest u to post this problem in the “report problems” column, and the designer concerned may fix the problem.
