what is CNT diameter (Band gap) used in this tool

Since this tool has no input for Chirality and/or CNT dia (Band gap). what is the value of SB that this tool is using to calculate Id-Vd for SB-CNT ( in other words, what value of CNT dia or Band gap is used in its calculations).

    The diameter used in the paper that this model is presented in is 1.5 nm which results in a band gap of ~0.56 eV.

    I would assume that since it is not otherwise stated, 1.5nm is the diameter used in the tool.
