I can’t see any images.

The program seems like it runs when I click simulate, but where I’m supposed to be seeing the image all I get is grey. I have access to all of the options on the right hand side.

    Uninstall Java and install the 1.6.0 Update 02 version of it. With that version, Internet Explorer 8 works, but the latest version of Firefox doesn’t.

        I’m trying to obtain lock in data from a MFP-3D using an iDrive device. I make a doble tune and also I know where the panel for the feedback filter is, but when I save the waves in binary it doesn’t appears as a document with the data. So my questions are the follow:

        1. How can I save the phase 2 and amplitude 2 in a wave? For example If I’m scanning a 256×256 points, I also want a document with the data for the amplitude 2 and phase 2.

        2. How can I obtain the information from the locking? I read in the forum that for cipher I have to write a script (https://support.asylumresearch.com/f…-Cypher-Lockin), but in this case I don’t know if is necessary. By the way, is necessary to change this parameters before the tune or after?

        3. If it is well configured, for example lock in filter 1 (see the picture attached), then it’s possible to generate a document with 65536 pixels? And will these filter frequencies between 12500-15500 (bandwith)?

        4. What does mean Unit, miniUnits, Stepsize and what is the influence of them?

        5. Is there a possibility to damage the device or the piezos in the process?
