Dipersant for nano BaTiO3

What is the best dispersant for dispersing nano or macro materials such as SrTiO3, BaTiO3 etc in polymers like liquid silicone rubber.

Similarly what is the best dispersant for dispersing carbon nanotubes in polymers like liquid silicone rubber.

Please suggest any recipes or references.
