i have a confusion in the TCAD simulation—-sentaraus simulation. i import a file into the sde,the former step is right in every step ,but while i step into the final step :build mesh,fater preprocessing ,we got the file of *_msh.log and *_msh.grd two files ,have no *_msh.dat ,which is important for the latter work ?could you help me ?please,thank you very much !
